Do you do virtual consults to people outside of Texas?

Yes we do, Savanna provides virtual consults for anyone, anywhere.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please be mindful of shipping costs as we are operating as a small business.

Can I do Acne Bootcamp if I don’t live in Texas?

Yes, Savanna offers Virtual Acne Bootcamp programs.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.

How will I get in contact with you for our Virtual Appointment?

Savanna will reach out to you via facetime, unless you do not have an iPhone. If you do not have an iPhone, please email us and we will provide you with a zoom link.

What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment, but that will carry over to your next appointment.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?

Due to Savannas limited availability and ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

Can you tell me what happens during my Consultation & Treatment?

Upon booking an in clinic consultation and treatment, you will have a 15-20 minute consultation with our Client Coordinator to fill out your medical history and discuss your skin concerns, and budget. The Client Coordinator will convey this information to Savanna and from there you and Savanna will create a treatment plan.

How much should I budget for a first time appointment?

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Savanna prefers for each and every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, Savanna will most likely start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

What is the difference between Virtual Consultation & Virtual Acne Consultation?

There is no difference, it just gives Savanna a heads up on what your main concern is. Don’t stress out if you have acne and book a Virtual Consultation, they are treated the same.

How do I know what treatment to book?

Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion. 

Will I be getting treatments for Virtual Acne Bootcamp?

Lucky for you, Acne Bootcamp can be done 100% at home! Savanna may recommend Alpharet peel pads to be used 3x a week at night for an at-home treatment, but results are guaranteed without any professional treatment.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as she will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Savanna Boda Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice. If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee. In addition, a “No Show” fee of $100 will be charged if the patient fails to show for an appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Multiple “No Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from our practice.

Will my card be charged if I book an appointment online?

For any first time client we require $200 for your consultation and treatment, this is non refundable nor is it transferable. If you are a returning client and book online it will charge your card the full amount of the treatment booked.

What is your Late Policy?

We understand that life happens, but due to Savanna’s rigorous schedule we run in a very timely manner. If you are going to be late, please call our office to give us a heads up. If you are past 15 minutes late you will be charged a $50 late fee on top of your treatment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.

What if I don’t pay my cancellation or late fee?

You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Savanna Boda Aesthetics.

How does the Virtual Enlighten RX Peel process work?

If you're interested in the Enlighten RXPeel, please book a virtual consultation so that Savanna can make sure this treatment is right for you. During the virtual consult Savanna will go over the details of the treatment and get you booked for your 2 Enlighten RX Peel application appointments. ( include what is in the package)After your initial virtual consultation with Savanna, and she deems you a good fit for this treatment you will be sent an invoice for the Enlighten Peel. Before we can ship this product out, you must sign the credit card consent form and the Enlighten RX Peel Consent form. Because this package is a value over $1000, we will request that this package be signed for to ensure a safe delivery. Once you receive your peel, hold on to it with dear life until your virtual consultation with Savanna!

What peels do you do virtually?

 At Savanna Boda Aesthetics we offer two peels that can be done virtually:
- Enlighten RX Peel
- The Nova Peel

What is The Nova Peel?

The Nova peel is ideal for anyone that doesn’t want to age! If you have fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, or loss of elasticity this peel is for you. The Nova Peel has absolutely no downtime, aka you won’t peel. Savanna calls it the “Glow and Go”! The Nova Peel is performed in a series of 4, which must be paid upfront. You will come into the office every week for 4 weeks. If you are doing this peel virtually you and Savanna will be connecting online every week for 4 weeks.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

No, we ask that you do not bring ANYONE with you. We are still in a pandemic and ask that you act as so.

Can you recommend products virtually?

Yes! One of Savanna's many skills is that she is a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please use our Booking Link to schedule a virtual consult with Savanna and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face!

What is acne bootcamp?

Acne Bootcamp is a 12 week program that Savanna has curated to become 100% effective for all types of acne. Acne bootcamp can be done in person and virtually (see virtual acne FAQ) If you are an in clinic patient, you will come in every 2 weeks for an acne peel and Savanna will put you on a full acne regimen. Please be prepared to spend $600-$900 at your initial appointment for your full homecare. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after. All of your products will run out at a different time, so don’t stress, you won’t be spending this much every 3 months.

Does Savanna offer training for other Aestheticians?

Currently Savanna has a social media course available for purchase! Please visit this link: here. Savanna offers a one hour virtual training that is available on our booking site available as Business 101, during this hour you can ask Savanna any and everything. It does not have to be business related, it can be Esthetician advice or skincare knowledge. In the future we are hoping to have more opportunities for one on one training and group seminars. Please stay up to date with our newsletter so you do not miss out on any of these opportunities!

How can I purchase DMK products?

To purchase DMK Products, you must be an existing patient or be approved by Savanna. To get approval, please email [email protected]
and request access to our portal.

How do I repurchase Face Reality?

When you become an acne bootcamp client, whether virtual or in person you should receive access to our Face Reality Portal. If you do not have access please email [email protected]
and request access to the Face Reality Portal.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?

No, once it leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email [email protected] photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.

What happens if I receive a notification that my package was delivered but I never received it?

Check your tracking link, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your goodies!

What is the difference between shopping through Savannas affiliated links and through the website links?

You may notice when purchasing that there will be two options, you can either order directly through us which will be shipped directly from our facility or you can shop through the company’s link which will ship from their facility. Savanna makes commission on her affiliated links so don’t fret, you are still supporting our business! Please note Savanna does not carry all of Glymed’s products in clinic so you will have to use her affiliated link to purchase those.
